The majority of our products are vegan. We do offer a few vitamins like Omega Fish Oil and Collagen Gummies which are not vegan. If a product is vegan, you will see the V symbol under the Supplement Facts section on each product page. You can also shop by vegan vitamins in the navigation section.

The entire line of softgel capsules are sugar-free however our gummy vitamins do contain some sugar.

The only products which are not vegetarian friendly are Lipsomal Vitamin C (gelatin shell), Hearts & Minds Omega (fish oil) and the Collagen Gummies (bovine derived collagen).

All of the vit softgels use gluten-free ingredients. There is one ingredient (Yerba Mate) present in our product In The Zone Focus & Concentration which has not been tested for gluten, though typically this ingredient does not contain gluten. All of the vit gummy vitamins are gluten-free, however please note they are processed on shared equipment that may have traces of fish, milk, tree nuts and sulphur dioxide. Liquid Chlorophyll is also gluten-free.

Yes, all vit vitamins and supplements are made with non-GMO ingredients

Our gummies are pectin-based and more resistant to melting and sticking than many other gummy forms. They are also sanded to ensure maximum protection from heat. That said, we cannot control for all conditions and extreme summer heat (inside of delivery trucks for example) can sometimes compromise the form and shape. All of the vit products are proudly manufactured in the USA in a GMP (that stands for Good Manufacturing Practices) certified facility. To meet our rigorous standards of quality, we source ingredients worldwide, however. Our aim is to deliver products that we can be confident sharing with our customers while still playing a small part in US jobs and the economy.

Because we make our products in small, fresh batches, we also order fresh raw ingredients. Those ingredients can vary in color depending on the size of the batch they were produced in. We also use natural coloring (not artificial) for all of our products which can lead to slight color variations from one batch to another. We try to make our vitamins as vibrant as possible without compromising on our commitment to non-artificial coloring agents.

All of our products will begin delivering their intended nutrients right away. What we, as humans, notice or not depends on a number of factors and can be highly variable based on our individual bodies. Generally, most people will notice effects or results from certain products like melatonin, natural caffeine or certain B vitamins more quickly. Other products like biotin, collagen, omegas just to name a few require longer cycles of usage to see benefits and depending on your age, diet, overall health and body chemistry, you may or may not see pronounced effects. That doesn't mean they aren't working however.

Many of our products are intended to be taken once daily. We've designed our softgels so that only one capsule is needed per dose. With our gummies, we recommend 2 gummies per dose. Some products can be taken more often or as needed as well. Melatonin is a good example. It often works quickly and can be taken before bed on some nights but not necessarily on others. Our energy and stress/calming vitamins are another good example of products that can be taken more or less frequently depending on your individual objectives. *Please note that In The Zone contains 60 mg caffeine and Snooze Fest and Melatonin gummies contain 3mg and 5mg melatonin, so we recommend only taking one dose per day and being mindful about the time of day you take them (In The Zone during the morning or daytime, Snooze Fest or Melatonin Gummies 20 minutes before bed). Every person is different and while most people will have no problem at all we cannot guarantee that vit products are safe or compatible for everyone, pregnant or not. We recommend that anyone who is pregnant or nursing speak with their doctor prior to taking any vitamins or supplements.
