Refund policy (new)


We stand behind our products and for that reason, we are happy to offer a 60-day money back guarantee on any purchase through Vit-Health.com. We'll gladly accept returns on all qualifying products, even opened ones, for any reason. Send the item(s) back to us within 60 days of the ship date, and we will issue you a refund. Once we receive the package, we'll refund you the full purchase price of your product(s) via your original form of payment. If 60 days has passed since your purchase shipped, then we can unfortunately not accept the item(s) for a return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at custsvc@vit-health.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only certain items may be refunded. Unfortunately some sale items cannot be refunded but will be marked final sale on the product page if that is the case. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Return a Product

  1. Complete the back of the Vit Health packing slip included in your shipment.
  2. Pack the products securely in a sturdy package and include the packing slip.
  3. Return the package to:

Return package using your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend using insured/trackable mail for these types of returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that don’t make it back to our warehouse.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note, shipping costs for the initial order are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping fees for the original order will not be refunded, only the cost of the purchased items.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and tracking and/or insurance is recommended.
